对中国南海的软珊瑚Scleronephthyasp .的化学成分进行研究 ,从有免疫调节活性的乙醚可溶物中分离鉴定了 13个化合物 ,经1HNMR ,13 CNMR ,HMQC ,HMBC ,1H 1HCOSY和MS等光谱分析并结合文献数据 ,确证其结构分别为 :3 β 羟基 2 0 烯孕甾烷乙酸酯 ( 1) ,3 β 羟基 5 ,2 0 二烯孕甾烷乙酸酯 ( 2 ) ,3 酮 2 0 烯孕甾烷 ( 3 ) ,1 ,2 环氧 3 酮 2 0 烯孕甾烷( 4 ) ,1 ,2 0 二烯 3 酮孕甾烷 ( 5 ) ,1 烯 3 酮 2 0S 甲基 2 1 羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯 ( 6) ,1 烯 3 酮 2 0 β 羟基孕甾烷乙酸酯( 7) ,1 烯 3 ,2 2 二酮胆甾烷 ( 8) ,1 ,2 4 二烯 3 酮 2 2 ,2 3 二羟基胆甾烷 ( 9) ,O methylisogrifolin ( 1 0 ) ,( 1R ,3S,4S,7E ,1 1E) 3α,4α 环氧 7,1 1 ,1 5 三烯西松烷 ( 1 1 ) ,玉米黄素 1 2和 6 溴 3 羧酸吲哚 ( 1 3 ) ,其中化合物 4,6和 1 0是首次从自然界分离得到 .首次对化合物 6,7和 1 0的波谱数据进行了报道 ,而且利用 2DNMR对其进行了全归属 .对化合物 1~7可能的生源关系也进行了探讨 .化合物 6和 7对人宫颈癌细胞 (HELA)有抑制活性 ,IC50 分别为 3 .3和6.3mol/L ;化合物7对肝癌细胞 (BE740 2 )和人白血病细胞 (HL 60 )也显示抑制活性 ,IC50 分别为 3 .1和 0 .2 6mol/L ;化合物11对CO
The chemical constituents of Scleronephydasp., A soft coral in the South China Sea, were studied. Thirteen compounds were isolated and identified from immunosuppressive ether solubles and analyzed by 1H NMR, 13 C NMR, HMQC, HMBC, 1H 1HCOSY and MS spectra. Compounds 1-6 and 7 showed inhibitory activity on human cervical cancer cells (HELA) with IC50 values of 3.3 and 6.3 mol / L, respectively. Compounds 7 and 7 inhibited hepatocellular carcinoma cells (BE740 2) And human leukemia cells (HL 60) also showed inhibitory activity with IC50 of 3.1 and 0.226 mol / L, respectively, and that of compound 11 on CO
