目的检测自身免疫性疾病患者血清中抗白念珠菌烯醇化酶(Eno)IgG型抗体表达情况。方法以重组白念珠菌Eno为包被抗原,建立ELISA检测方法并对反应条件优化,检测健康献血员对照组和自身免疫性疾病患者血清中抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗体。用Western blot法验证部分Eno抗体阳性血清的准确性。结果共检测自身免疫性疾病患者血清70份,其中抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗体阳性血清19份,总体阳性率为27.14%(19/70)。与对照组相比,自身免疫性疾病患者白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗体阳性率明显升高。其中,类风湿性关节炎患者白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗体阳性率为11.8%(2/17)、红斑狼疮患者阳性率为45.8%(11/24)。部分血清反应特异性得到Western blot验证。结论自身免疫性疾病患者血清抗白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗体阳性率较高,可能对白念珠菌Eno IgG型抗体应用于侵袭性念珠菌病诊断有干扰。
Objective To detect the expression of anti-Candida albicans Enola IgG in serum of patients with autoimmune diseases. Methods Recombinant Candida albicans Eno was used as coating antigen, ELISA assay was established and the reaction conditions were optimized. Anti-Candida albicans Eno IgG antibody was detected in the serum of healthy donors and autoimmune diseases. The accuracy of partial Eno antibody positive sera was verified by Western blot. Results A total of 70 serum samples from patients with autoimmune diseases were detected. Among them, 19 were positive for anti-Candida albicans Eno IgG antibody and the overall positive rate was 27.14% (19/70). Compared with the control group, patients with autoimmune diseases Candida albicans Eno IgG-positive antibody was significantly higher. Among them, the positive rate of Candida albicans Eno IgG antibody was 11.8% (2/17) in patients with rheumatoid arthritis and 45.8% (11/24) in patients with lupus. Partial serum reaction specificity was verified by Western blot. Conclusions The positive rate of serum anti-Candida albicans Eno IgG antibody in patients with autoimmune diseases is high, which may interfere with the application of Eno IgG Candida albicans in the diagnosis of invasive candidiasis.
