以台农16号菠萝裔芽、吸芽和冠芽为外植体材料,开展工厂化育苗生产。根据生产周期和出苗数量分析年产20万株台农16号菠萝组培苗生产成本和经济效益。分析结果表明:台农16号菠萝工厂化育苗的总成本主要由培养基成本、培养基配制成本、接种及培养成本、洗涤成本、移栽成本、仪器设备折旧费、房屋使用费等成本组成。年产20万株台农16号菠萝组培苗培养基成本为3 071.48元,培养基配制成本为5 744.23元,接种及培养成本为44 816.23元、移栽成本为55 020.44元、仪器设备折旧费为7 400元、房屋使用费为12 000元,总成本合计128 052.38元;按1.30元/株台农16号菠萝组培苗的市场价计算,年产2×105株台农16号菠萝组培苗可获利14.52×104元,具有较好的经济效益。
