目的了解甘肃省部分地区虫媒病毒的存在及流行情况,为相关虫媒传染病的预防控制提供科学依据。方法采用电动吸蚊器、电子诱蚊灯及捕虫网进行蚊虫标本采集,处理后进行病毒分离与鉴定。结果共捕获成蚊9 298只,其中淡色库蚊4 877只(52.45%)、三带喙库蚊2 357只(25.35%)、中华按蚊894只(9.61%)、济南按蚊569只(6.12%)、骚扰阿蚊531只(5.71%)、刺扰伊蚊70只(0.76%)。分离出18株虫媒病毒(乙脑病毒、盖塔病毒和版纳病毒),其中淡色库蚊中7株38.89%)、三带喙库蚊中6株(33.33%)、骚扰阿蚊中2株(11.11%)、中华按蚊中2株(11.11%)、刺扰伊蚊中1株(5.56%)。在平凉地区分离出的版纳病毒与我国其他地区的有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论甘肃省平凉和天水地区虫媒病毒的传播媒介种类多,而一种传播媒介又可以携带多种虫媒病毒,因此,进一步加强该地区重要媒介带毒情况的调查研究是很有必要的。
Objective To understand the prevalence and prevalence of arboviruses in some areas of Gansu Province and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of related arbovirus infections. Methods Mosquitoes were collected by electric mosquito, electronic mosquito lamp and insect net. After treatment, the virus was isolated and identified. Results A total of 9 298 adult mosquitoes were captured, of which 4877 (52.45%) were Culex pipiens pallens, 2 357 (25.35%) were Culex tritaeniorhynchus, 894 (9.61%) were Anopheles sinensis, and 569 6.12%), 531 harassment mosquitoes (5.71%) and 70 mosquitoes (0.76%). 18 strains of Arbovirus (JE, Getty and Banna) were isolated, of which 7 (38.89%) were isolated from Culex pipiens pallens, 6 (33.33%) from Culex tritaeniorhynchus and 2 (11.11%), two in Anopheles sinensis (11.11%) and one in Aedes albopictus (5.56%). The Banna virus isolated in Pingliang area was significantly different from other areas in China (P <0.05). Conclusion There are many kinds of vectors of arboviruses in Pingliang and Tianshui areas of Gansu Province. However, one kind of vectors can carry a variety of arboviruses. Therefore, it is necessary to further investigate the situation of arming of important vectors in this area.
