目的评价江苏某城市地铁三号线正式运营前的公共卫生状况,为地铁建设和运营提供合理的卫生学建议及卫生行政部门对本项目的卫生审查提供技术依据。方法通过检索文献资料、现场调查和卫生检测等方法,结合项目单位提供的技术资料和管理资料,进行综合评估。结果江苏某城市地铁三号线微小气候中的风速合格率100%,室内空气质量中的CO、甲醛合格率100%,集中空调通风系统中的积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数合格率100%,其余检测项目均符合卫生要求。结论江苏某城市地铁三号线公共区域卫生条件基本符合运营要求,建议定期对站厅、站台集中空调通风系统进行清洗和消毒,并定期检测。
Objective To evaluate the public health status of Jiangsu Metro Line 3 before its official operation, provide reasonable hygiene suggestions for the subway construction and operation, and provide the technical basis for the health examination of this project by the health administrative departments. Methods Through the retrieval of literature, field surveys and health testing methods, combined with the technical information provided by the project unit and management information, a comprehensive assessment. Results The passing rate of wind speed in the microclimate of a city subway in Jiangsu Province was 100%, the passing rate of CO and formaldehyde in indoor air quality was 100%, the amount of dust accumulated in the air conditioning and ventilation system, the total number of bacteria and the total number of fungi passed 100% , The remaining test items are in line with health requirements. Conclusion The sanitation conditions in the public area of Metro Line 3 in a city of Jiangsu basically meet the operational requirements. It is recommended to periodically clean and disinfect the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems in station halls and platform stations, and regularly check the operation.
