应用参数化建模、数据库、有限元方法及金属成形控制等先进理论技术,开发出型钢轧制孔型参数化设计CAD系统、型钢全轧程三维热力耦合数值模拟优化CAE系统及轧辊加工CAM系统。以孔型参数化为基础将三者集成一体,实现数据直接传输的数字化型钢设计制造CAD-CAE-CAM系统,大幅度提高复杂断面型钢设计的开发效率和命中率,并有效解决研发制造中难以解决的质量和精度问题。高精度复杂断面型钢轧制数字化系统在钢轨高精度轧制及孔型优化方面得到实际应用,并成功开发出叉车门架型钢-J型钢等复杂断面型钢。
