从法律的角度,应该怎样来认识商业贿赂呢?从法律角度来探讨工程建设行业商业贿赂,或者说用法律这一分析工具来认识商业贿赂,也是治理和防范商业贿赂的主要根据之一。广大施工企业的领导管理层从防范商业贿赂的角度出发,也需要了解商业贿赂行为的法律界定和法律责任。因此我们特地邀请了在刑法方面有研究的资深律师来替大家解析这方面的问题。从法律角度来看,反商业贿赂不是一朝一夕的事情。
From a legal point of view, how should we recognize commercial bribery? From a legal point of view to discuss commercial construction industry bribery, or to use legal analysis tools to understand commercial bribery, but also one of the main basis for governance and prevention of commercial bribery. The majority of construction enterprise management from the perspective of prevention of commercial bribery, but also need to understand the legal definition of commercial bribery and legal responsibilities. Therefore, we specially invited senior lawyers who have research in criminal law to solve this problem for everyone. From a legal point of view, anti-commercial bribery is not an overnight event.
