眼底动脉硬化是心血管疾病在眼底的一种表现。为了防治心血管疾病,必须经常观察眼底动脉情况。我院为了全院职工的保健,在93年4月对40岁以上职工进行全面检查,其中对661名职工眼底动脉硬化病进行了调查,现将结果报告如下: 1 对象和方法 在院职工1334名,对40岁以上进行眼底检查561人,受检率42.05％。受检者在暗室进行直接眼底镜检查。由二名眼科专科医生进行。 眼底动脉硬化的分级标准,采用1964年兰州高血压及心血管学术会议制定的高血压眼底病变的分级。
