他莫昔芬是一种雌激素受体拮抗剂,是乳腺癌内分泌治疗中最有效且应用时间最长的药物,但他莫昔芬耐药已经成为乳腺癌治疗中的一个严重问题。越来越多的证据表明,近日节律的紊乱与乳腺腺癌他莫昔芬耐药的发生密切相关。本文总结了近日节律与他莫昔芬耐药之间的关系,并探讨近日节律变化影响乳腺癌他莫昔芬耐药的生物学机制,从而为他莫昔芬耐药性乳腺癌的治疗提供新的策略。
Tamoxifen is an estrogen receptor antagonist and is the most effective and time-consuming drug for endocrine therapy in breast cancer. However, tamoxifen resistance has become a serious problem in the treatment of breast cancer. More and more evidences show that the recent disorder of rhythms is closely related to the occurrence of resistance to tamoxifen in breast adenocarcinoma. This article summarizes the recent rhythms and the relationship between tamoxifen resistance and explores the recent rhythm changes affect the biological mechanisms of breast cancer resistance to tamoxifen so as to provide treatment for tamoxifen-resistant breast cancer New strategy.
