全国范围内的电影报刊,全盛期曾达400多种, 现在也不下百种。而真正将群众影评作为办刊的依托, 当首推《电影评介》。在一些刊物以影坛奇闻轶事、 以裸露的大腿、胸脯招徕读者时,《电影评介》在全 国上万个群众影评组织、几十万群众影评员中间找到 了自已的支撑点。《电影评介》培育着群众影评,群 众影评则使《电影评介》保持着旺盛的生机。 去年十二月在柳州召开的全国群众影评工作会议 上曾对群众影评评奖。有个作者由于自己的得奖之作 有“群众”两字而颇感委屈,群众影评为个别专家、 权威所不屑,并不奇怪,而群众影评作者自已对它没 有信心,则实属可悲。我以为,当前还须对群众影评, 的价值作一番认真的宣讲。

I think that we must make a serious announcement about the value of mass film criticism.
