目的 比较米非司酮两种制剂、不同剂量终止早孕的效果及短期不良反应和安全性。方法 4 80例健康、停经 4 9天以内的早孕妇女 ,随机、双盲服用 75mg米非司酮胶丸配伍 6 0 0 μg米索前列醇或 150mg米非司酮片剂配伍 6 0 0 μg米索前列醇 ,各 2 4 0例。结果 两组终止早孕的完全流产率分别为胶丸组 94 2 %、片剂组 93 7% ,经卡方检验p >0 0 5,两组无显著差异 ,主要不良反应如 :恶心、呕吐、头晕、头痛、腹泻等症状的发生率、出血持续天数、月经恢复天数等诸方面差异不显著。结论 两种治疗方案可替代使用
Objective To compare the efficacy of two doses of mifepristone, the effect of early termination of pregnancy and short-term adverse reactions and safety. METHODS: Forty-eight healthy pregnant women with a period of 49 days of menopause were randomly assigned to double-blind 75 mg mifepristone capsules with 600 μg misoprostol or 150 mg mifepristone tablets in combination with 600 μg Cable prostanoid, each 240 cases. Results The complete abortion rate of two groups of early pregnancy termination were 94.2% in the capsule group and 93.7% in the tablet group, respectively. There was no significant difference between the two groups with chi-square test (p> 0.05). The main adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting, Dizziness, headache, diarrhea and other symptoms, the number of days of bleeding, the number of menstruation recovery and other aspects of the difference was not significant. Conclusion The two treatment options can be used instead
