本文运用上限法计算了管材挤压力.计算中所采用的运动学许可速度场为沿空心球锥径向流动的流速场.所得计算公式反映了穿孔针芯头形状和运动状态对管材挤压力的影响,而且实验结果表明计算精度较好.
In this paper, the squeezing force of pipe is calculated by the upper-bound method, and the kinematic permitting velocity field used in the calculation is the flow velocity field along the radial direction of the hollow spherical cone.The calculated formula reflects the shape and movement of perforation needle core on the pipe extrusion Force, and the experimental results show that the calculation accuracy is better.
