随着富矿资源的递减,利用低品位矿物资源的总趋势正扩展到磷酸盐的采矿工业。除了已知的,原有的一些高品位并易处理的磷矿资源以外,还有大量的低品位矿石,且其中尤以与钙质脉石共生的磷矿石为多。这种含钙量高的矿石是不宜于用酸浸取的,除非能找到把脉石中耗酸量大的碳酸盐除去的某些方法。由于磷灰石和方解石在物理性质上相似,这对选矿工作者来说,分离这些矿物仍是个难办的问题。 近年来,在这方面有哪些进展?根据目前的工作哪些可预期得到更大的进展?
As the rich mineral resources decline, the general trend of using low grade mineral resources is expanding to the phosphate mining industry. In addition to the known high-grade and manageable phosphate rock resources, there are a large number of low-grade ores and there are more phosphate rock especially symbiotic with calcium gangue. This high calcium ore should not be leached with acid unless it is possible to find certain ways to remove the carbonates which have a high acid consumption in the gangue. Because apatite and calcite are similar in physical properties, it is still a hard question for dressing operators to separate these minerals. What progress has been made in this regard in recent years and what progress can be expected to be made based on the current work?
