中牟县地处河南省中部,黄河下游冲击扇面南翼之首,水资源得天独厚,属暖温带,在我国位置处中部偏东,降水量丰富。又有黄河、贾鲁河两大河流过境,黄河流经中牟境内39.3km,有2个引黄闸门,年均引水量3.01亿m3,地上、地下水资源比较丰富。全县水资源总量为6.80亿m3,人均拥有可利用水资源为1062m3。近年来我县城区人口密度不断增大、工商业迅猛发展及居民生活水平逐年提高,居民生活用水和工业用水呈大幅上升趋势,随着现代农业种植结构的调整,灌溉用水量也不断加大,同时,工业及居民生活污水排放和农药、化肥对环境的污染日趋严重,致使我县浅层地下水遭受不同程度的污染,因此,必须做好节约用水与地下水资源保护工作,为我县水资源可持续利用创造良好的基础。文章针对中牟县水资源开发利用现状及存在问题,提出了节水与保护水资源的具体措施。
Zhongmou County is located in central Henan Province, the impact of the lower reaches of the Yellow River south wing of the first, the unique natural water resources, is a warm temperate zone in our central east, rich in precipitation. Another Yellow River, Jialu two rivers transit, the Yellow River flows through the territory of Zhongmou 39.3km, with two yellow gates, the annual water diversion 301 million m3, the ground, groundwater resources are abundant. The county’s total water resources 680 million m3, per capita has available water resources 1062m3. In recent years, the population density of urban areas in our county has been constantly increasing. The rapid development of business and industry and the improvement of living standards of residents have shown a sharp upward trend in residential and industrial water use. With the adjustment of modern agricultural planting structure, , Industrial and residential sewage discharge and pesticides, chemical fertilizers on the environment more and more serious pollution, resulting in my county shallow groundwater suffered varying degrees of pollution, therefore, we must do a good job of water conservation and groundwater resources conservation work for the sustainable development of water resources in our county Use to create a good foundation. In view of the present situation and existing problems of water resources development and utilization in Zhongmu County, this paper puts forward specific measures for saving water and protecting water resources.
