按照物质的量之比为4.2Na2O.Al2O3.3SiO2.189H2O的比例,以煤系高岭土为主要原料,合成了NaP沸石分子筛,并用合成的产物作为硬水软化剂,对模拟硬水和自来水进行了软化实验,结果表明:在室温、pH=7的条件下,分别用0.9gNaP沸石分子筛,对50mL初始浓度为400.15mg/L的Ca2+溶液和50mL初始浓度为105.14mg/L的Mg2+溶液进行处理,反应时间为10min,Ca2+和Mg2+去除率均达到97%以上。在上述相同条件下软化自来水,可以使水中的Ca2+减少95.43%、Mg2+减少93.27%。
