研究了冷却速度对微合金非调质钢 2 5MnV性能的影响。对这种不含B的微合金钢 ,经水冷( 90℃ /s)可得到贝氏体组织 ,显著提高钢的力学性能 ,特别是冲击性能。
The effect of cooling rate on the performance of 2.5MnV alloyed microstructure was studied. For the non-B microalloyed steel, the bainite structure can be obtained through water cooling (90 ° C / s), which can obviously improve the mechanical properties of the steel, especially the impact performance.
