导言 世界经济体制正如由乌拉圭回合谈判所证明的那样,已变得更具全球化。然而,十分令人惊讶的是,经济地方主义也正如由欧洲共同体和北美自由贸易协定所证实的那样,获得了令人瞩目的发展。一些作者甚至建议在东亚建立一个地区性经济集团。在此方面,一些学者和决策者已经提出了诸如“大东亚共荣圈”、“泛黄海经济圈”以及“东北亚经济圈”等概念。当欧洲共同体和北美自由贸易协定正成为地区性经济集团时,在东亚,这些概念已经获得了某种程度的赞同。
Introduction The world economic system, as evidenced by the Uruguay Round of negotiations, has become more global. However, what is quite surprising is that economic regionalism has also achieved remarkable development as confirmed by the European Community and North American Free Trade Agreement. Some authors even suggested that a regional economic group be established in East Asia. In this regard, some scholars and policy makers have put forward such concepts as the Greater East Asia Co-Prosperity Circle, the Pan-Yellow Sea Economic Circle and the Northeast Asia Economic Circle. When the European Community and North American Free Trade Agreement are becoming regional economic groups, these concepts have gained some degree of approval in East Asia.
