阐述了双金属机械复合管典型焊接工艺,以及管端封焊和对焊焊接工艺的优点、应用案例和失效案例,认为封焊、过渡焊是此类工艺的质量薄弱点。分析了管端堆焊及其施工对焊技术的研究现状、发展趋势和应用案例,结果表明:采用同种合金焊接材料完成焊缝打底、填充和盖面等的连接方式,可以避免封焊、过渡焊等形成的缺陷和应力。该工艺成功应用于海底天然气开发用双金属复合管焊接,是今后双金属复合管管端加工和施工对焊的重要发展趋势和方向。此外,研究了双金属复合管环焊接头强度匹配设计、接头缺陷容限设计等现状与趋势,结果表明:目前尚无统一的焊接接头强度设计和容限设计理论,双金属复合管管道系统在线检测、腐蚀评价、寿命预测以及管道修复等技术是未来的重要研究方向。
