目的评价多层螺旋CT冠状动脉造影(MSCTA)在冠状动脉疾病中的诊断价值。方法对61例拟诊冠心病、4例冠状动脉支架后植入术后和1例冠状动脉搭桥术后患者行MSCTA,所得数据传到工作站进行三维重建,并与冠状动脉造影(CAG)结果相对照。结果以CAG为金标准,MSCTA判断冠状动脉狭窄(≥50%)的敏感度为98.48%、特异度为99.20%、准确度为99.14%、阳性预测值为91.55%、阴性预测值为99.87%。4例冠状动脉支架后植入术后和1例冠状动脉搭桥术后均可清晰显示支架和血管桥的位置及远端血流情况。另有38例发现心肌桥,5例冠状动脉解剖变异,1例冠状动脉瘤,1例血管畸形。结论 MSCTA是诊断冠状动脉病变的可靠的无创检查手段。
Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of multislice spiral CT coronary angiography (MSCTA) in coronary artery disease. Methods Sixty-one patients with suspected coronary artery disease, four patients with coronary artery disease after coronary stenting and one patient after coronary artery bypass grafting were performed MSCTA. The data were transmitted to the workstation for three-dimensional reconstruction and compared with results of coronary angiography (CAG) Control. Results The sensitivity and specificity of MSCTA were 98.48%, 99.20%, 99.14%, 91.55%, and 99.87%, respectively. 4 cases of coronary stent implantation and 1 case of coronary artery bypass grafting can clearly show the position of stent and vascular bridge and distal blood flow. Another 38 cases found myocardial bridge, 5 cases of coronary artery anatomical variation, 1 case of coronary aneurysm, 1 case of vascular malformations. Conclusion MSCTA is a reliable and non-invasive method for the diagnosis of coronary artery disease.
