42例肾母细胞瘤石蜡包埋组织经流式细胞仪(FCM)DNA含量测定显示,二倍体13例,四倍体12例,异倍体17例,异倍体检出率为40.48%。二倍体的2年及5年生存率最高,分别为84.00%和75.16%;四倍体次之,均为55.90%;异倍体最低,分别为47.06%和41.18%。二倍体的2年及5年生存率明显高于异倍体(P<0.03和P(0.05),尤其在Ⅰ+Ⅱ期中,二倍体+四倍体、与异倍体的2年及5年生存率的差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.004和P<0.002)。异倍体对Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患儿的不良预后具有独特的提示作用。
The DNA content of paraffin-embedded tissues of 42 cases of nephroblastoma was analyzed by flow cytometry (FCM). The results showed that 13 cases of diploid, 12 cases of tetraploid and 17 cases of aneuploid were detected. The detection rate of aneuploidy was 40.48 %. Diploid had the highest 2-year and 5-year survival rates of 84.00% and 75.16% respectively, followed by tetraploids, with 55.90% and aneuploidy at 47.06% and 41.18%. The 2-year and 5-year survival rates of diploid were significantly higher than those of aneuploid (P <0.03 and P (0.05), especially in stage I + II, diploid + tetraploid, and aneuploidy 2 Year and 5-year survival rates were significantly different (P <0.004 and P <0.002) .Ac aneuploidy had a unique role in the prognosis of children with stage I and II disease.
