本文对2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者进行牙周基础治疗,对比对照组观察两组治疗后血糖、糖化血红蛋白变化,探讨牙周状态改善对2型糖尿病血液指标的影响,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料选取我院自2009年1月~2011年7月,在我院糖尿病科就诊的2型糖尿病合并牙周炎患者共62例,符合1999年WTO糖尿病诊断标准,应用胰岛素治疗6个月以上,口腔诊断为中重度牙周炎。治疗方法分为两组,治疗组30例,男14例,女16
