改革开放以来,我们立足历城优势,以大开放促大发展,全面实施外向带动战略,大力发展开放型经济,促进了整个国民经济的持续、快速、健康发展。目前,全区兴办“三资”企业198家,已开业90家,合同利用外资8614万美元,实际利用外资3390万美元,在海外兴办企业3家。1994年,全区完成外贸出口供货值4.6亿元。在发展开放型经济工作中,我们突出抓了以下几点:
Since the reform and opening up, based on the advantage of the historical city, we have been promoting the development by opening up to the outside world, fully implementing the strategy of export-led development, vigorously developing the open economy and promoting the sustained, rapid and healthy development of the entire national economy. At present, the region has set up 198 “three-capital” enterprises and 90 businesses have been opened, with a total contractual utilization of 86.14 million U.S. dollars and 33.9 million U.S. dollars foreign investment actually made, and 3 overseas business ventures.
