目的:以对老年念珠菌尿液进行检查说明真菌检验技术在临床中的重要性。方法:选择2014年7月至2015年7月期间我院收治的60例老年患者并随机分为观察组和对照组,然后收集全部患者的尿液,对照组采用显色法开展尿液检查,观察组采用凝聚法进行尿液检查,比较检查结果。结果:对照组中检查出念珠菌12例,阳性检出率为40.0%;观察组尿液中检出念珠菌23例,阳性检出率为76.6%,两组所检验出的阳性率差异具有统计学意义。观察组的23例阳性结果中12例为白色念珠菌,3例为光滑念珠菌,4例为克柔念珠菌,2例热带念珠菌,2例为其他念珠菌。结论:临床真菌的检查方法对于检测结果影响比较大,对于老年念珠菌尿液的检查使用凝聚法检查的可靠性高于常规的显色法,其可以为诊断和治疗提供极大的便利。
Objective: To examine the urine of Candida albicans to illustrate the importance of fungal testing in clinical practice. Methods: Sixty elderly patients admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to July 2015 were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Urine was collected from all patients. Urine was detected by colorimetry in control group. Observation group using the cohesion method for urine test, compare the test results. Results: In the control group, Candida was detected in 12 cases, the positive rate was 40.0%. In the observation group, 23 cases of Candida were detected in the urine of the observation group, the positive rate was 76.6%. The positive rate difference between the two groups was Statistical significance. Among the 23 positive cases in the observation group, 12 were Candida albicans, 3 were Candida glabrata, 4 were Candida krusei, 2 were Candida tropicalis and 2 were Candida albicans. Conclusion: The test method of clinical fungi has a great influence on the test results. The reliability of coagulation test for Candida albicans urine test is higher than that of conventional colorimetric test, which can provide great convenience for diagnosis and treatment.
