通过金相分析、X-射线衍射分析和力学性能测试,揭示了ZG25Mn18Cr4铸钢微合金化处理的强韧化机理。发现稀土及钛并不通过细化晶粒而改善钢的强度和韧性。稀土因有净化奥氏体晶界的作用而增益钢的强韧性;加钛似对钢的力学性能无补益,但可调整钢的切削加工性
The mechanism of strengthening and toughening of ZG25Mn18Cr4 cast steel by micro-alloying was revealed by metallographic analysis, X-ray diffraction analysis and mechanical property test. Found that rare earth and titanium does not pass through grain refinement and improve the strength and toughness of steel. RE due to the purification of austenite grain boundaries and the role of steel to enhance the strength and toughness; Titanium seems to have no effect on the mechanical properties of steel, but can adjust the machinability of steel
