目的:探索和建立符合我院实际的处方点评实施模式。方法:明确组织管理职责,由处方点评专家组负责具体实施。在实践中不断完善处方点评工作制度,提高工作质量,形成可操作性强的处方点评制度。结果:建立和完善了适合我院实际的处方点评工作模式,持续改进和提高了工作质量,促进我院合理用药。结论:我院仍存在不合理用药的情况,处方点评制度的实施将促进我院药物的合理使用。
OBJECTIVE: To explore and establish the implementation model of prescription review in line with the actual situation in our hospital. Methods: Clear organizational management responsibilities, by the prescription review expert group responsible for the specific implementation. In practice, we continuously improve the working system of prescription reviews, improve the quality of our work, and form a highly operable prescription review system. Results: We established and perfected the practical prescription review mode suitable for our hospital, continuously improved and improved the quality of work, and promoted the rational use of medicine in our hospital. Conclusion: There are still cases of irrational drug use in our hospital. The implementation of the prescription review system will promote the rational use of drugs in our hospital.
