笔者在《评标方法概论》专著中曾经提出过差异·权重定理和差异·评标方法定理。所谓差异·权重定理,系指赋予评价因素的权重与非价格因素的差异性密切相关,即非价格因素的权重与非价格因素的差异成正比,价格因素的权重与非价格因素的差异成反比,如图1和图2所示。所谓差异·评标方法定理,系指评标方法的适用性与赋予非价格因素的权重密切相关,也即与非价格因素的差异性密切相关,如图3所示。由于这两个定理都
