目的:探讨老年结核性脑膜炎的误诊原因,以提高对该病的认识及诊断。方法:通过对43例老年结核性脑膜炎的临床特点进行分析。结果:误诊为呼吸系统疾病13例,误诊为脑血管病变9例,误诊为中枢其他感染性疾病11例。结论:老年结核性脑膜炎患者临床特点不典型,并发症多,脑脊液改变不典型是误诊原因。
Objective: To investigate the causes of misdiagnosis of elderly patients with tuberculous meningitis in order to improve the understanding and diagnosis of the disease. Methods: The clinical features of 43 elderly patients with tuberculous meningitis were analyzed. Results: 13 cases were misdiagnosed as respiratory diseases, 9 cases were misdiagnosed as cerebrovascular diseases and 11 cases were misdiagnosed as central infectious diseases. Conclusion: The clinical features of elderly patients with tuberculous meningitis are not typical, with many complications and atypical changes of cerebrospinal fluid are the causes of misdiagnosis.
