从目前的培训实践来看,还存在一些针对性、操作性、实效性不强的问题,研究分析岗位技能培训中存在的问题及原因,切实提高岗位技能培训的实用性显得十分迫切和必要。
From the current training practice point of view, there are still some problems of pertinence, operability and effectiveness are not strong. It is very urgent and necessary to study and analyze the existing problems and causes in job skills training and to improve the practicability of job skills training effectively.
