为了提高水利效益,必须对已运用的水利工程效益计算有一个可行的计算办法。这个问题在我们浙江省尚未很好解决,现就南山水库灌溉效益计算,提出一些看法。一、灌溉效益的主要因素浙江地处东南沿海,年降雨量1200~2200毫米,年际之间和年内分布很不均匀。浙江农业的主要作物是双季稻。影响农作物产量的因素是很复杂的,总的可以分为土壤、气候自然条件、水利灌溉条件、农业技术措施条件等。根据这些,在灌溉效益计算时应考虑以下三个因素。
