结肠过敏综合征是以通便异常为主要表现的结肠官能性疾患,同时伴有多种植物神经失调的症状。既往对该综合征有多种名称:过敏性结肠炎、粘液性绞痛、痉挛性结肠、乙状结肠激惹征、痉挛性便秘等等,然而这些名称只能指出一种主要的临床症状,或是只能说明结肠处于“过敏”“痉挛”等状态,都不能概括以通便异常为主这样一组症候群。所以考虑称为结肠过敏综合征较为合适。该综合征在临床中也是较为常见的慢性病。我组自1974年1O月至1975年10月对60例慢性腹泻和便秘豹病人进行了较为系统的检查,诊断为结肠过敏综合征的有40例。这与某些文献报导的结果是相符合的。山形敞一氏曾分析1,404例慢性肠疾患的病人,其中结肠过敏综合征
Colonic hypersensitivity syndrome is a colon-functional disorder characterized by laxative abnormalities accompanied by a number of symptoms of autonomic dysfunction. This is consistent with the results reported in some literature. Yamagata Chihiro has analyzed 1,404 patients with chronic intestinal disorders, including colonic allergy syndrome
