泌尿、生殖系异物多见于膀胱、阴道内,一般属于急症范畴,应予及时处理。以往这方面的资料散见于各种书刊,查阅诸多不便,兹复习有关文献,结合我们的临床实践,将泌尿、生殖系异物按部位作一简要综述。一、肾脏异物:较少见,可分外伤性、医源性、逆行性及邻近脏器穿入性。外伤性异物多为弹头、弹片或金属针等。停留于肾脏的战伤异物,有时伤道较长,伤口可远离
