《国家开放大学建设方案》中明确提出学校发展的定位,即适应我国经济社会、现代信息技术和远程教育发展趋势,改革传统人才培养模式,探索建立与国家开放大学人才培养目标相适应,以提升职业能力为核心的新的人才培养模式。由此,人才培养是国家开放大学办学的中心思想,那么,如何从理论和实践两个层面推进国家开放大学人才培养模式的创新,是国开人急待解决的问题。本文从国家开放大学人才培养模式内容与要求入手,主要针对教学策略、学习组织材料、实践策略和支持服务策略四个方面进行探究,试图建构适合国家开放大学人才培养的模式及策略,以期为国家开放大学未来人才培养发展提供启示。
In the “National Open University Project”, the orientation of school development is clearly set out. That is, it adapts to the development trend of our country’s economy and society, modern information technology and distance education, reforms the traditional personnel training mode, and explores the establishment of a suitable national talent training target of open universities so as to enhance Vocational ability as the core of the new talent training mode. Therefore, personnel training is the central idea of running a university in a country. So how to promote the innovation of personnel training mode in the national open university from two aspects of theory and practice is an urgent problem to be solved. This article starts with the contents and requirements of the personnel training mode of the National Open University and probes into the teaching strategies, learning materials, practical strategies and supportive service strategies in order to construct a suitable mode and strategy of talent cultivation for the national open universities, Enlightenment from the Future Talents Cultivation and Development in Open University.
