干燥闭塞性阴茎头炎是发生于男性包皮、阴茎头及尿道的慢性上皮炎症性皮肤病。该病在国内一直被认为属罕见病,很多泌尿科医师对该病的认识不足。近年来随着相关研究的不断开展,关于该病的认识不断被更新,同时也发现,该病在国内的发病率亦呈上升趋势。本文结合国内外相关研究进展,综述关于干燥性阴茎头炎的新情报,如流行病学、临床特征、病因、治疗方案等,为泌尿科同道提供本病的最新信息。
