针对平煤十二矿己15突出煤层无合适煤层保护层、矸石无法地面排放及常规充填工作面无法满足矿井产能等工程难题,提出了岩层保护层卸压开采矸石充填与垮落法混合综采技术。研究了矸石充填与垮落法混合综采三大技术关键:混合综采系统构成、关键设备及混合综采工艺,得出了混合综采面充填段长度与充填高度的关系曲线,优化了混合综采面关键参数,基于数值模拟结果设计己15-31010混合综采面合理充填段和过渡段长度分别为120 m和6 m。工程实践表明,矸石充填与垮落法混合综采技术实现了岩层保护层排矸井下充填的同时兼顾充填工作面产量。
In view of the engineering problems such as the coal seam No.12 coal mine without proper coal seam protection layer, the unloading of gangue and the conventional filling face can not meet the engineering problems such as mine productivity and so on, the paper puts forward that the rock layer protection and pressure relief mining combined gangue filling and caving method mixed fully mechanized mining technology. The key technologies of mixed fully mechanized coal mining with gangue filling and caving method are studied: the structure of the mixed fully mechanized mining system, the key equipment and the mixed fully mechanized mining technology, the relationship between the filling length and the filling height of the mixed fully mechanized mining face is obtained, The key parameters of fully mechanized coal mining face are designed based on the numerical simulation results. The length of reasonable filling section and transition section of 15-31010 mixed fully mechanized coal mining face is 120 m and 6 m respectively. The engineering practice shows that the combined fully-mechanized coal mining technology by gangue filling and caving method realizes the underground filling of the strata of rock strata and takes into account the output of filling face at the same time.
