外资并购的市场体系外国投资者在中国进行并购活动主要通过有形的资本市场和无形的场外市场。其中,资本市场以证券市场和产权市场为主,场外市场以私下交易为主,它们共同构成了我国外资并购交易市场的框架。多层次的资本市场可以涵盖各种外资并购的交易标的,满足外国投资者对不同规模,不同成长阶段的目标企业以及不同类型目标资产的需求,使各类外国并购者都有交易场所。
Foreign M & A Market System Foreign investors conduct M & A activities in China mainly through the physical capital market and the invisible over-the-counter market.
