本文报导560例20岁以下、因57种疾病死亡的尸解病例中,胸腺细胞成分的变异.皮质淋巴细胞明显减少者162例(28.9%),有4例发现苏木素深染淋巴细胞群集小体,疑为淋巴细胞恢复增生的图象,形态变异呈多分叶核型,出现嗜酸性粒细胞者有285例(50.9%),以3岁以下幼儿多见.位于小叶间隔与髓质交界处,淋巴细胞减少时,见于小叶内,与变态反应及寄生虫疾患无关.巨噬细胞及上皮网状细胞于淋巴细胞减少时显露,小叶纤维化后消失,呈不可逆性病理退化.
