心理健康教育是高职人才培养系统工程中的有机组成部分,必须加以重视。但目前由于心理健康教育发展不平衡,给高职教育发展提出了新的挑战。本文阐述了心理健康教育的概念、高职院校进行心理健康教育的必要性、当前高职院校心理健康教育中存在的三大问题等三个方面,由此出发,提出高职院校加强心理健康教育的对策。
