随着互联网的迅猛发展,世界各地掀起了一场信息革命,各行各业为了跟进时代的脚步,都不同程度上开启了信息化进程。传统服务向电子服务转变是一个创新而极具挑战性的过程,现如今新闻资讯行业、教育、医疗行业、网络零售行业等都在经历这一过程,进行这方面的尝试。本文根据网络零售服务的特点,提出了影响其质量的因素,并进行分析。最后根据研究结果就如何提高网络零售服务质量给出了对策。
With the rapid development of the Internet, an information revolution has taken place all over the world. In order to follow the pace of the times, all walks of life have opened up the process of informationization to varying degrees. The transformation from traditional service to electronic service is an innovative and challenging process. Nowadays news and information industry, education, medical industry and online retail industry are experiencing this process and making attempts in this respect. According to the characteristics of online retail service, this paper puts forward the factors that affect its quality and analyzes it. Finally, according to the research results on how to improve the quality of online retail service countermeasures.
