目的探讨血清可溶性间皮素相关肽(SMRP)在卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中的临床意义。方法血清标本取自2008年1月至2010年7月白求恩国际和平医院100例卵巢肿物患者及40例健康志愿者,ELISA试剂盒测定血清SMRP,化学发光法测定血清CA125,比较血清SMRP和CA125在卵巢良恶性肿瘤中的分布,绘制SMRP的ROC曲线,确定最佳截断值,评价诊断效能。结果卵巢癌组血清SMRP高于良性肿瘤组和健康对照组(P=0.000),良性肿瘤组与健康对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P=0.072)。SMRP的最佳截断值为1.103nmol/L,敏感度(77.27%)稍低,但特异度(97.92%)明显高于CA125。与临床诊断一致性方面,SMRP略优于CA125。结论血清SMRP可能是卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断的良好指标。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of serum soluble mesothelin-related peptide (SMRP) in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors. Methods Serum samples were collected from 100 ovarian tumor patients and 40 healthy volunteers at Bethune International Peace Hospital from January 2008 to July 2010. Serum SMRP was measured by ELISA kit, serum CA125 was measured by chemiluminescence method, serum SMRP and CA125 Distribution of benign and malignant tumors in ovary, drawing RRP curve of SMRP to determine the best cut-off value, evaluate the diagnostic efficacy. Results The serum SMRP in ovarian cancer group was higher than that in benign tumor group and healthy control group (P = 0.000). There was no significant difference between benign tumor group and healthy control group (P = 0.072). The best cut-off value of SMRP was 1.103nmol / L, the sensitivity (77.27%) was slightly lower, but the specificity (97.92%) was significantly higher than that of CA125. In terms of consistency with clinical diagnosis, SMRP is slightly better than CA125. Conclusion Serum SMRP may be a good marker for the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.
