在寒冷的环境中,很多人愿意多喝热茶,以此来保持体温,其实,这样做不仅体温不会上升,反而会起到相反的作用。人体体温的调节与每天饮食中摄取的铁元素的多少有直接的关系。茶叶属于碱性物质,茶叶本身会消耗人体内铁元素,所以多喝热茶不仅不会使体温上升,反而会因为体内铁元素的流失,导致体温降低。在寒冷的冬天,如果怕冷的话,就尽量少喝茶,可以选择多吃一些含铁的食物,如黑木耳、海带、紫菜、豆制品、猪肝、蛋类和瘦肉等。
