视网膜血管表面的反光状态,是临床上诊断心血管病及其程度的一个重要指标。但由于反光状态复杂性以及缺乏理论依据,在临床上缺少定量客观的分析标准。本文根据视网膜血管光照及生理、病理特点,建立了一个眼底视膜血管反光的光学模型,对血管反光现象的生理和病理状态进行计算机仿真。仿真实验结果与临床现象相吻合。利用该模型较好地解释了原发性高血压、持续性高血压的发病过程中,动脉中轴反光的变化趋势,对高血压眼底无损定量诊断具有指导意义。
Retinal blood vessels reflect the status of the surface, is the clinical diagnosis of cardiovascular disease and its extent an important indicator. However, due to the complexity of reflective status and lack of theoretical basis, there is a lack of clinical objective quantitative analysis standards. According to the retinal vascular light and physiological and pathological features, this paper established an optical model of fundus retinal vascular reflex, computer simulation of the physiological and pathological conditions of vascular reflex phenomenon. The simulation results are consistent with the clinical findings. Using this model to better explain the changes of arterial central axis reflex during the pathogenesis of essential hypertension and persistent hypertension, which is instructive for the nondestructive quantitative diagnosis of hypertensive fundus.
