在车床上加工螺纹,必须分成几次走刀,而每次进刀量的控制是依靠横向进刀刻度盘上的刻线。这种方法有许多缺点;1)容易搞错,因而造成空走刀或吃刀太深;2)需要小心翼翼地对刻线,很花时间;3)由于进刀丝杆与螺母之间有间隙存在,因此不能精确控制尺寸。针对以上缺点,我们改进了一个如附图所示的回转式阶台横向挡板。由于操作简单又能精确地控制进刀量,因而能保证工件质量和提高生产效率。现把这套挡板的结构介绍出来,供大家参考。图中1是回转式阶台挡板的主件,详细形状如左上角图所示。主
