本文目的是了解大学生心理弹性特点。研究方法采用《青少年心理韧性量表》对1600名大学生进行问卷调查。结果显示男生在心理弹性总均分、情绪控制和人际协助上显著高于女生;不同经济水平的大学生在家庭支持和总均分上差异显著;女生的心理弹性水平在大一、大二时高于男生,大三明显下滑,大四急剧下滑,心理弹性水平低于男生;消费水平300以下和300~400的水平上,非城镇学生的心理弹性显著高于城镇学生的心理弹性。结论是性别、年级、生源、经济水平是影响大学生心理弹性的因素。
The purpose of this article is to understand the characteristics of college students’ psychological resilience. Methods: A questionnaire survey was conducted among 1,600 undergraduates using the “Adolescent Mental Toughness Scale”. The results showed that male students were significantly higher than female students in total resilience, emotional control and interpersonal assistance; college students with different economic levels had significant differences in family support and overall average; girls’ mental resilience was significantly higher in freshmen and sophomores For boys and juniors, the number of junior students dropped sharply, and that of senior students dropped sharply. The level of psychological resilience was lower than that of boys. At the level of 300 and below 400, the psychological resilience of non-urban students was significantly higher than that of urban students. The conclusion is that sex, grade, source and economic level are the factors that affect the psychological resilience of college students.
