人们在社交中约定俗成的行为标准即为礼仪,并且它很多方面都有体现,例如,行为、语言谈吐、服饰等。而在不同的活动环境中有不同的礼仪,在商务活动中的相关礼仪称为商务礼仪。随着我国经济进入全球化,我国与世界各国的文化交流与商务往来也日益频繁起来,在这种形势下,了解在不同国家传统文化下商务礼仪之间的差异就显得尤为重要。本文首先阐述了商务礼仪的基本定义,其次简单分析了商务礼仪在国际商务活动中的必要性,最后对商务礼仪在国际商务活动中的应用进行探讨。
The standard of conduct that people agree on in their social life is the etiquette, and it manifests itself in many aspects, such as behavior, speech and clothing. In different activities have different environments, etiquette in business activities related to business etiquette. With the globalization of economy in our country, the cultural exchanges and business exchanges between our country and other countries all over the world are becoming more and more frequent. Under these circumstances, it is particularly important to understand the differences in business etiquette under the traditional culture of different countries. This article first expounds the basic definition of business etiquette, followed by a brief analysis of the necessity of business etiquette in international business activities, and finally discusses the application of business etiquette in international business activities.
