目的:建立了测定白芍中Ca、K、Mg、Fe、Zn、Mn、Cu 7种无机元素含量的分析方法。方法:采用HNO3和H2O2溶解样品,利用火焰原子吸收光谱法对市售6个批次白芍中7种无机元素的含量进行测定。结果:白芍中含有丰富的对人体有益的无机元素,各元素标准曲线的相关系数r=0.9995-0.9999,加样回收率在95%-108%之间(n=3),RSD%在1.1%-3.8%之间(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,快速,测定结果准确可靠,可用于白芍多元素的同时测定。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of inorganic elements in Ca, K, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn and Cu in Radix Paeoniae Alba. Methods: The samples were dissolved with HNO3 and H2O2, and the contents of seven inorganic elements in six batches of Radix Paeoniae Alba were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Results: Radix Paeoniae Alba is rich in inorganic elements which are beneficial to the human body. The correlation coefficient of each standard curve is 0.9995-0.9999, the recoveries are between 95% -108% (n = 3) and RSD% is 1.1 % -3.8% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and reliable, and can be used for simultaneous determination of multiple elements in Radix Paeoniae Alba.
