系统梳理长江干线港口岸电推广应用存在的主要问题,包括:长江干线港口岸电设施建设仍需进一步加强;岸电使用和费用支付仍不便捷;部分港口岸电设施未得到良好维护.针对上述问题,从全面推进岸电设施建设、推动岸电常态化使用、强化岸电设施日常维护、丰富岸电监督管理手段和加快岸电技术研发等方面提出相关对策建议.
