如果在理想和实际间让我选择美术的目的,那么答案一定是前者。美术这个东西,关心精神要远远多于物质,要有一点放纵、有一点空间,还要有很多的想象、很多的鼓励和很多的感动。所以,真正的美术家往往是这个时代的最睿智者,而一个时代之精神,则完全可以由这个时代的美术反映。美术如此,美术学亦如此。键盘就是画笔,文字代替颜料,大家着力建造的都是一样的精神大厦。在这个用时间和生命换来的自由世界里,有一位持剑的英雄,他涤荡丑陋、揭示罪恶,他就是我们理想的化身。而美术,追究幻化为美妙之术。
