第一條本辦法根据中华人民共和國合作社法(草案)第三十一條三十二條的规定制定之。第二條爲保护和扶助合作社的正规发展,全市合作社均须依照本辦法辦理登记手續。第三條本市合作社登记的主管机关暫委托市合作总社負责辦理。
Article 1 These Procedures are formulated in accordance with the provisions of Article 31 and Article 32 of the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Cooperatives (Draft). Article 2 To protect and assist the normal development of cooperatives, all cooperatives in the city shall go through the registration formalities in accordance with the present Measures. Article 3 The competent authority for the registration of the cooperative society in this Municipality shall entrust the Municipal Cooperative General Office with the responsibility of handling the case temporarily.
