医院的中药房管理工作是医疗服务中的一个重要环节,其参与了患者的临床用药和医院的经济发展过程,因此,对医院的经济效益和声誉具有直接影响。另外,中药管理是一项专业性与技术性较强的工作,工作人员必须具备专业的知识水平才能提高管理工作的效率。虽然中药管理是大部分医院中的一项重要工作,但是仍然存在较多问题,会对医院的可持续发展造成影响,应对这些问题给予重视,寻找有效的改进措施。文章对浙江省舟山市普陀区中医院中药管理的现状进行了分析,并提出了几点具有针对性的管理意见。
Hospital pharmacy management is an important part of the medical service. It participates in the patient’s clinical medication and the economic development of the hospital. Therefore, it has a direct impact on the economic benefits and reputation of the hospital. In addition, traditional Chinese medicine management is a professional and technical work, staff must have professional knowledge to improve management efficiency. Although traditional Chinese medicine management is an important task in most hospitals, there are still many problems that will affect the sustainable development of hospitals. We should pay attention to these problems and find effective measures for improvement. The paper analyzes the status quo of traditional Chinese medicine management in Putuo District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zhoushan City, Zhejiang Province, and puts forward some pertinent management opinions.
