在设计的过热蒸汽干燥试验台上进行了不同工况下玉米过热蒸汽干燥试验。结果表明， 采用过热蒸汽为干燥介质并不改变干燥过程的一般规律；过热蒸汽干燥对干燥速度影响最大的是过热蒸汽的温度， 而物料初始含水率对干燥过程的影响不显著。
In the design of the superheated steam drying test bench under different conditions of corn overheated steam drying test. The results show that the use of superheated steam as drying medium does not change the general rule of the drying process. The effect of superheated steam drying on the drying rate is the temperature of superheated steam, but the effect of initial moisture content on drying process is insignificant.
